How to get started:
Step 1 // Decide if you'll be working out at home or at the gym and click through the daily workouts below. Watch the demonstration videos to familiarize yourself with the exercises.
Step 2 // Print out your 4 WEEK WORKOUT TRACKER sheets and put them on a clipboard so they're ready to go for your first workout. Use your WORKOUT TRACKER to check off the exercises as you complete them each day.
Tip:
Be sure to take a “before” photo prior to starting this chapter of your 30-day fitness journey! THEN…(very important) take another photo at the end of your 30 days. This is important because the camera will show how much progress you’ll make in 4 short weeks—in ways that will be a lot more obvious than simply looking in the mirror. Knowing that you’ll be taking an “after” photo will also spur you to stay accountable to your daily fitness routine.
How to take your before photo:
Wear something that will enable you to see your body. Ladies—shorts & a sports bra. Men—shorts & a T-shirt.
Take one photo from the front, one from the side, and one from the back.
Hold an 8.5 x 11” piece of paper with the date printed on it.
